Welcome to Friends of Franklin Square, an all-volunteer organization dedicated to providing you with a safe and attractive park experience in the Northeast Mission. On this site, you will find information about several ongoing projects in the park. Please visit often to find out about updates and news.
If you’d like to contribute, there are countless opportunities for volunteering, from monthly clean-up days, to fundraising, to organizing events, creating an off-leash dog play area, and maintaining the soccer field.
If you haven’t been able to join us at our meetings, we still want to hear from you! What are your ideas on how to improve the park? Better lighting? Perhaps a dog park? Adult exercise circuit? Maybe a farmers market? Share your voice. Be heard. Take the survey below (less than 5 minutes). Una version espanola de l encuesta esta en curso. Para solicatar una copia, por favor envienos un email a firstname.lastname@example.org.
After you take the survey, you can register to WIN one of 5 GIFT CARDS from local businesses (Sports Basement, Marla’s Bakery, etc.).
